Exceptional service, from start to finish! My need to purchase a vehicle with no notice, made things pretty tricky. I loved the first car I saw on his lot, a 2021 Toyota Corolla LE and knew it was the one I wanted. Mike was very accommodating, making generous exceptions (which helped me greatly) during the process leading up to finalizing the transaction. Shane and Brian were equally personable, and attentive to every detail. Genuine concern was evident during every interaction. All of them made me feel like a very special customer! With an impeccable record, serving Bluffton for over 27 years, I couldn't imagine ever going anywhere else to buy a car! Thank you, guys ~ I really LOVE my new car!!

Shane Cody and the rest of the Lowcountry Motors staff were a pleasure to deal with, especially compared to my other car buying experiences with other dealers. Very fair pricing on their vehicles and transparent in their business dealings, it’s no wonder they’re consistently rated best used car dealership several years running. Shane communicated consistently. I left my truck a couple of days after purchasing it to have a small cosmetic part installed, and when I went to pick it up, Shane was handwashing/detailing it (after the purchase had already been completed several days prior). One can tell Shane and the staff take pride in their customer satisfaction, and I would highly recommend considering Lowcountry Motors for your next used car purchase.

We dropped in without an appointment close to closing... Mr. Mike was welcoming and accommodating. We found a vehicle that was priced for our needs and worked well for us right off the bat. Very good experience. Shane was very responsive to inquiries and went above and beyond to accommodate us due to our long distance driving from VA. He kept his promise to open up the shop after hours to complete the buying transaction. We are loving the 2015 Mercedes Benz GL450. I will definitely buy from this dealer again and recommend to others. Keep up the good work.

Detail department is AMAZING. I took a 2008 vehicle that now looks brand new. I cannot explain all they did to clean every inch. They went above and beyond and I noticed every detail. Everything is so clean and shiny. Not to mention the headlights are clear and so much safer. Thank you!
